ABOUT HEAVY'S H.E.A.R.T.
Heavy's HUMAN, Earth anf Animal Rescue Team is currently focused on the animal portion of our rescue by saving Texas street dogs primarily in Cleveland, Texas where there is a stray, abandonded and neglected dog crisis.
OUR HISTORY
Heavy's Human, Earth, Animal Rescue Team was first envisioned around 2003 but initally began in 2008 when I was fighting the port of Houston for control of a small piece of my family's land they had bulldozed and titled as their own for a port expansion project. The City of La Porte tried over and over to get me to vacate my land which i occupied in a tent. They ticketed me multiple times, sent the chief of police and sued me twice where i represented myself anf won. In that time i created Heavy's H.E.A.R.T. and ran for city council and mayor and used my candidacy as a platform to defeat the port and the city at every turn.
